A QUICK LOOK AROUND

A little tour of Cayana.

Get to know your shop, keep a safe copy of your work and make everyday listing changes feel easier. Here’s where to find the tools that help.

Screenshots from Cayana’s workspace. Select any screenshot to enlarge it. Your shop’s listings and available tools may differ by plan.

01

YOUR WORKSPACE

Everything has its place.

The sidebar keeps your everyday tools close. Browse your listings, check your shop, protect your work and return to the things you were doing.

  • Home gives you a shop overview and a starting point for improvements.
  • Listings is where you browse and edit. Import brings in your shop’s listing data.
  • Saved edits holds editable image designs. Listing Protection holds backups, and Diary keeps your notes. Settings and Help are always nearby.
The sidebar stays with you as you move between the main workspaces.
02

START WITH A CLEAR PICTURE

See what needs a little attention.

The free shop analysis checks your imported listings for missing details. Instead of working through your whole shop, choose a finding and go straight to the listings that need it.

  • Review tags, image coverage, room for videos and missing alt text.
  • Open a relevant listing from the results and start improving it.

This is a listing completeness check, not a prediction of Etsy ranking or sales.

Select a finding to see practical guidance and the affected listings.
03

SAVE A STARTING POINT

A copy of your shop, before you begin.

Eligible shops can start with a free first backup covering up to 1,000 imported listings, including their images and videos. It gives you a saved starting point before you make changes.

  • The backup runs in the background and you receive an email when it is ready.
  • Browse saved listings and download a copy to keep on your own computer.

The screenshot shows a completed backup. Further backups and ongoing protection depend on your plan.

See what was saved, browse its listings or download the complete backup.
04

LISTING PROTECTION

Changed something you wish you hadn’t?

Open “Changes since backup” to compare a listing with its saved version. See the differences, choose the supported details you want to restore and review them before confirming.

  • Compare the saved and current versions side by side.
  • Restore selected details without having to rebuild them from memory.

A backup needs to exist before the change. Recreating a deleted listing creates a new Etsy draft; it does not recover its original URL, favourites or sales history.

Only changed details are shown, with restore controls for supported fields.
05

A COMFORTABLE LISTING BROWSER

Find a view that feels right.

Switch between List, Table and Gallery without leaving your shop. Search by title, narrow things down by section or listing state, then select the listings you want to work on.

  • List brings photos and listing details together.
  • Table makes comparing details easier. Gallery gives your products more room to shine.
List view: a clear photo and the main details for each listing.
06

LESS REPETITION

Work on photos across your listings.

Select a group of listings and open Images to work on their photos together. Add an image to all selected listings, remove images in a batch or rearrange an individual listing’s photos.

  • Useful for a shared size guide, care card or ordering information image.
  • See each listing’s images together, so you can check the result.
Shared image actions at the top, with each listing’s photos underneath.
07

MAKE MORE OF YOUR PHOTOS

Make a video from the images you already have.

Open a listing’s Videos tab and choose “Make A Video From Images”. Select your photos and Cayana builds a video preview in listing order.

  • Choose the time per image and a transition, from a soft crossfade to a gentle zoom.
  • Preview the sequence before creating the video for your listing.
Choose the images, timing and transitions. The preview plays automatically.
08

ONE CHANGE, MANY VARIATIONS

Update prices without opening every listing.

In the bulk editor’s Variations tab, use “Adjust all” and select the matching variation options you want to change. Set a price, change it by a percentage or adjust it by a fixed amount.

  • You can also adjust quantity and visibility for selected variations.
  • Review the changes in the listings below before saving to Etsy.
Select the relevant variations first, then choose how to adjust their prices.
09

KEEP YOUR WORDING CONSISTENT

Edit the words once. Apply them together.

Update titles and descriptions across selected listings. Find and replace wording, add text at the beginning or end, or remove something that no longer belongs there.

  • Refresh a recurring phrase or update shared product information.
  • Check the individual results before sending the changes to Etsy.
Make a shared title change while keeping each listing’s result visible.
10

KEEP THE PARTS, TOO

A saved design you can come back to.

Add text and shapes, crop an image or adjust its appearance in the image editor. Save your Cayana design with its editable elements, so the next change doesn’t mean starting again.

  • Reopen a design from Saved edits to change the text or move its elements.
  • Text and shapes added in Cayana remain separate design elements; text already inside an imported photo is part of that photo.
The image editor with an editable text layer selected and the Save design action.
11

REMEMBER WHAT YOU TRIED

Leave a note for your future self.

The diary gives your shop work a little context. Keep a record of what you changed, why you changed it and what you want to try next.

  • Use the prompts to get started, or write in your own words.
  • Bring recorded listing activity into an entry, review it and add your own notes.
Your own notes and listing activity, organised by day. The example entry is marked as a sample.
12

YOUR SHOPS, CLOSE AT HAND

Another shop? Just switch.

Use the shop menu at the top of the sidebar to move between your connected shops. Your listings and shop-specific workspaces follow the shop you select.

  • See connected shops and their plan labels in one menu.
  • Open the shop you want to work on without signing out and back in.
Switch shops from the same place wherever you are in the workspace.
13

DESCRIBE WHAT’S IN THE PICTURE

Give your images words, too.

“Auto Alt Text - AI” uses the image itself to suggest a description. It can help you work through missing alt text without writing every description from scratch.

  • Review and edit the generated descriptions before saving.
  • Keep them accurate and useful for shoppers using screen readers.
Use the AI action in Images, then check the descriptions for your own products.
