Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cayana Studios (the “Service”), Cayana is operated from France.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Cayana Studios provides workflow and productivity tools designed for Etsy sellers, including:

The Service connects to Etsy exclusively through Etsy’s official OAuth 2.0 authorization system and only accesses shop data that the user explicitly authorizes.

The Service accesses only the minimum Etsy data necessary to provide its functionality and does not access data beyond the scope authorized by the user.

Cayana Studios does not access or store Etsy account passwords, buyer payment information, or financial credentials.

The term “Etsy” is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses Etsy’s API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy.

• Listing organization and description template management

• SKU synchronization and product alignment tools

• Integration support for Print-on-Demand providers such as Printify

You may use the Service only if:

• You are at least 18 years old; and

• You own or are authorized to manage the Etsy shop you connect to the Service.

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You will connect only Etsy shops you own or are authorized to manage.

• You remain fully responsible for all listing content, pricing, inventory, and shop operations.

• You will review and validate any changes before publishing updates to Etsy.

• You will comply with Etsy’s Terms of Use and all applicable laws.

• You will not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or policy-violating purposes.

• You acknowledge that Cayana Studios does not control Etsy’s platform and cannot guarantee account status, listing visibility, search ranking, or sales outcomes.

Access to Etsy data is granted solely through Etsy’s OAuth 2.0 system.

You may revoke Cayana Studios’ access to your Etsy shop at any time through your Etsy account settings.

Upon revocation, the Service will no longer access your shop data.

Cayana Studios may offer paid subscription plans.

If paid plans are offered:

• Fees will be clearly displayed prior to purchase.

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

• Pricing may be modified with reasonable notice.

• Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension of access.

The Service and all related functionality are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cayana Studios shall not be liable for:

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing changes before publishing them to Etsy.

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Business interruption

• Data inaccuracies

• Listing errors

• Etsy account suspensions or penalties

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Etsy data accessed through the API is used solely to provide functionality to the authenticated user and is not sold, shared, licensed, or transferred to third parties except as necessary to operate the Service.

Etsy data accessed via the API is not used for advertising, marketing, external analytics, or machine learning model training.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:

You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

• You violate these Terms;

• You misuse the Service; or

• Termination is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
